POLICIES + CONDITIONS

TICKET WAIVER:
All ticket holders must agree to the following ticket waiver:

All Goodjuice Agave Festival (GJAF) events are for individuals aged 21 and over. No one under 21, including infants, will be admitted.
ID’s will be checked at the gate, and all attendees must have a valid photo ID.
All sales are final, and tickets are non-refundable with no exceptions.
Event schedules are subject to change without prior notice.
All events will take place rain or shine.

INTOXICATION AND CONDUCT:

Goodjuice Agave Festival reserves the right to:

Refuse admission to or eject any person who is intoxicated or behaves in a manner deemed unbecoming without offering a refund.
Encourage responsible consumption of alcohol and reserves the right to remove anyone who over-consumes alcohol without a refund.
Hold the ticket holder responsible for any risks and dangers incidental to GJAF, and the ticket holder acknowledges that GJAF, their agents, venues, vendors, sponsors, and employees are not liable for any resulting injuries.

TICKET REPLACEMENT:

Lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets will not be replaced.

SOUND RECORDINGS AND VIDEOGRAPHY:

Sound recordings and videography of GJAF are prohibited unless prior permission is approved.

PROHIBITED ITEMS:

Patrons are not allowed to bring outside food or drink onto the Festival grounds.
All personal items are subject to search as a condition of admission.
Skateboards, bicycles, skates, rollerblades, and pets (unless trained to assist) are prohibited on the Festival grounds.

RE-ADMISSION:

Holders must wear their wristbands for re-admittance.

CHANGES AND REVOCATION:

This ticket is a revocable license and may be withdrawn with admission refused at any time.
Tickets may not be duplicated.

IMAGE AND LIKENESS RELEASE:

The ticket holder expressly grants the promoter and its licensees the right to use the holder’s image or likeness in connection with any live or recorded transmission or reproduction of the event.
Illegal Ticket Sales:

Selling or reselling tickets in violation of any applicable city, county, or state regulations, ordinances, or laws may result in arrest and prosecution.

COVID PROTOCOL:
All attendees must adhere to our COVID-19 Protocol, which may include measures such as liability waivers, face coverings, social distancing, non-invasive temperature checks, testing, or proof of vaccination. Goodjuice Agave Festival reserves the right to modify and add requirements as needed for safety. Cooperation with health and safety protocols is mandatory for entry and participation.

COVID-19 Agreement:
By attending the event, you agree to the following:

You understand the risk of exposure to communicable diseases and release Goodjuice Agave Festival and affiliated entities from any liability arising from disease contraction, including but not limited to Coronavirus.
You assume all risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury, illness, damage, or loss in connection with your participation in the event.
You agree to follow recommended guidelines and not attend if you are experiencing symptoms, have been exposed to a confirmed case, or have been diagnosed with COVID-19.

PRICING AND OTHER ERRORS:

All tickets are subject to service fees.
Billing information and verification may be required before processing orders.
Unlawful re-sale of tickets is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation.

CANCELLED/POSTPONED EVENTS:

Events may be canceled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances or Acts of God, and no refunds will be provided.
Efforts will be made to offer substitution events in case of cancellations.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

Goodjuice Agave Festival, including its affiliates and licensors, are not liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from the use of services on the website.

The Privacy Policy outlines the collection and use of personally identifiable information.
Attendees authorize the use of their likeness and voice in promotional materials and media coverage.

COLLECTION OF DATA:

User data may be collected, and efforts will be made to protect personal information.
Data may be used for customization and improvement of user experience.

COOKIES:

Cookies may be used to enhance user experience and serve targeted advertising.

ADROLL COOKIES:

AdRoll cookies may be used for retargeting advertising based on user interactions with the website.

EDITING OR DELETING ACCOUNT INFORMATION:

Users have the ability to edit or delete their account information.

CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY:
